Salon policies 

Arriving late :-

In order to respect the time of both our clients and staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and be rescheduled. 

Cancellations :-

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.  If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior.

Cancellations that break these rules will cause a £15 fee added to your next appointment. 

No shows :-

In the case of missing your appointment you will be imposed with a fee worth 25% of the missed service which will be added to your next appointment. Two or more missed appointments will result in a deposit being taken on booking which will be 25% of the service.

We fully understand emergencies happen and they will be taken into account. 

Service guarantee and refunds :- 

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know during your treatment or within 72 hours after your service (days we are not open are not counted) we are committed to making any needed corrections and if there was a fault on our side we will offer a refund if we cannot correct the fault. 

Health history :- 

For your comfort and safety, please notify our specialists if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment please alert your service provider immediately. 

We also ask for an emergency contact name and number, just in case of any emergencies. 

Right to refuse service :- 

Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or being abusive to any of our staff ( this will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the premises immediately)

Children within salon :- 

As we are concerned with yours and your children's safety whilst in the salon, we ask that any children visiting to be accompanied by a parent or guardian, this is to keep all safe incase of an emergency.
